1. How do I contact you?

You can fill out any query you have and send through our contact us page.

2. How do you get my custom images or text I want on my product?

Once you have chosen your products and are happy with your shopping cart you fill out your order details (item details & account details) then you will be forwarded to our upload page were you can upload your images, either single files or multiple files.

3. What size and type of file should my custom image be?

Your upload files should be in a .jpg format and be of a size that accommodates you ISP (Internet Service Provider) upload specifications on your internet account, large files of 5-10Mb will take you longer to upload if your upload speed slow.

4. Where will you post my product to?

Australian Address only. All shipments are posted to your nominated address by Australia Post

5. How much will postage and handling cost?

There is no postage or handling costs all costs are included

6. When can I expect my product to arrive?

Two weeks from when your approval and payment has been received.

7. I have not received a confirmation email from RuthOlmedo once my order was placed, but I have received an email from PayPal. Will my order be processed?

Please check your Junk e-mail folders for our confirmation e-mail, as your order has been paid for and you have your receipt from Paypal your order will be processed. If we require any lost information to complete your order you will be contacted.

8. My order has not arrived what can I do?

Contact us immediately.
Please note we are not responsible for your order once the items have been dispatched.

9. What payment methods to you accept?

Australian Credit cards and payment methods as accepted by Paypal
If payment is made from your approved Paypal account transaction may take up to 7 days to be processed. Your order will be processed after payment transaction has been completed

10. Do you provide a money back guarantee on your products if I'm not satisfied?

Yes all our products are covered buy a money back guarantee if you are not happy with your Item.
Note : this guarantee does not cover incorrect photo prints or poor quality files uploaded by the client. If your uploaded photo files is of poor quality you will be notified and have an option to upload a new file.

11. Can I change the shipping address or contact phone number after my order has been placed?

Yes you can. Providing you contact us and receive our acknowledgement before the order have been dispatched.

12. Can I cancel and receive a refund for my order?

Yes, Contact us immediately. Please take note that items are personalized and once we started to work on them we cannot stop as the materials have been used. So you must cancel before we actually started to work on the item.
